SecondLive Creator's Artwork Review Criteria

Basic Requirements

Please read the review standards carefully to facilitate the works submitted passing the review smoothly. The works that violate this standard will be disqualified, and those listed will be removed from the SecondLive marketplace.

The SecondLive Creator Program aims to provide creators with an excellent user experience. The works submitted by creators should meet the review criteria, including but not limited to the following:

1. Creative, aesthetic, and explicit, in line with the scope of works accepted by the creator program.

2. Comply with ethical standards, laws, regulations, and policies of the country where you are located.

1. Legality (including image and description)

The design work is not allowed to contain the following content, including but not limited to:

1.1 Promote or encourage crime.

1.2 Vulgar content, or the information prohibited by other laws and regulations, or not conducive to the positive development of society.

2. Design Form (including image and description)

2.1 Comply with general design specifications.

2.2 The design cannot be irrelevant or contradictory to the name and description of the artwork.

2.3 No typos or misspellings. 2.4 No URL links.

3. Purpose of Dissemination

The design work is not allowed to contain the following information, including but not limited to:

3.1 Infringe intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, new style patents, etc. of others or third parties, or the materials used in the content violate the conditions of use of third parties.

3.2 Violate the creator's purpose of use, or seek benefits in violation of local laws and regulations.

3.3 Phishing or sending spam, etc. 3.4 Disclosing the personal data of a third party or oneself, or suspected of disclosing their data. 3.5 Information prohibited by other laws and regulations.

3.6 Information used for political propaganda purposes.

4. Protection of Rights

4.1 The work must have copyright or have been authorized by the author.

4.2 Do not infringe upon intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other legal rights.

4.3 Do not submit works whose rights are unknown (such as secondary creations, fan works, etc.)

4.4 Do not infringe the portrait rights of others.

4.5 The content of the work shall not violate the laws and regulations of the relevant regions, or contain content that infringes the rights and interests of third parties.

In addition to the above, other works judged by SecondLive as unsuitable for publication will not be approved. "SecondLive Creator's Artwork Review Criteria" is a dynamic document. We may revise some of the terms when necessary. You can check the latest version on the relevant service page.
